Ravi Kishan Condemns Allu Arjun's Arrest: 'Not Letting Him Wear Clothes; Dragged Out Of Home Like A Terrorist'
Ravi Kishan extended his support for Allu Arjun and called him a gentleman.

On Friday, December 14, Allu Arjun was arrested in connection with the death of a woman at the Sandhya Theatre in Hyderabad during a screening of Pushpa 2: The Rule. Allu Arjun was detained at his residence and taken to the Chikkadpally police station for questioning. Although the actor has been released on bail, his arrest has sent shockwaves across the entertainment industry. Several actors from across the nation have rallied behind the Pushpa 2 star.
Ravi Kishan condemned Allu Arjun’s arrest and called it a ‘black day’. He slammed the officials for the mental duress Allu Arjun’s children would have to endure after seeing their father getting detained. Ravi Kishan told ANI, “Bohot dukhad, bohot dukhad (Very sad). Mere acche mitra, mere co-actor. Hum logo ne saath main film ki. Ek gentleman insaan ko iss tarah unke ghar se bahar kheech kar lana unke chote bachchon aur boodhe (old) maata pita ke saamne."

The actor mentioned, “Ek National Award-winning actor ke saath you’re behaving like this. This is a black day for the actor fraternity, for the film industry and for all his fans all over the world. Ek insaan tax-payer hai, itna bada business cinema ko diya aur ek bohot hi tehezeebdaar insaan (gentleman, well mannered)… uske saath koi personal revenge hai?"
Ravi Kishan said that the Telangana Chief Minister and government need to answer why Allu Arjun was arrested. He asked, “Kya reason hai? Kya personal revenge hai? Kya koi personal ranjish nikal rahe hai?" Ravi Kishan said, “Yeh bohot hi bura din raha aur hurt hue hain hum kyuki main personally jaanta hoon ki… ek gentleman insaan ko, aap usko kapde pehenne nahi de rahe ho, usko ghar se kheech ke jaise koi terrorist hai… Uss chote bachche par jo dimaagi asar hua hoga apne papa ke liye, usko kaise mitayenge?" Ravi Kishan said that the arrest was “personal" on the Telangana government’s part.
Meanwhile, Allu Arjun has been released on interim bail on Saturday, December 14. The actor was granted by the Telangana High Court earlier. However, delays in paperwork resulted in him spending a night in jail. He has now been released, bringing temporary relief for him as investigations into the incident continue. The Telangana High Court has ruled that there was no malafide action associated with Allu Arjun in the ongoing case. Granting him interim bail for four weeks, the court provided the actor with significant relief. In addition, the court set a personal bail bond of Rs 50,000.
